Cory Weinberg is deputy bureau chief responsible for finance coverage at The Information. He covers the business of AI, defense and space, and is based in Los Angeles. He has worked for The Information since 2015. He earned an MBA at Columbia Business School following his Knight-Bagehot Fellowship in Business and Economics Journalism. He is a three-time winner of a Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing award. Previously, he reported on Bay Area housing and commercial real estate for the San Francisco Business Times.
