Sandeep Mathrani serves as its CEO. The company has several divisions, including WeLive, which offers co-living spaces, and WeGrow, an education venture. Competitors include Regus and Knotel. WeWork has faced controversy in recent years, including a failed IPO in 2019 and concerns over its corporate governance and financial sustainability.
